This item either comes with or without the pillow insert. The pillow has a zipper seam on the side so that you can easily wash the insert. On the front side of the pillow is your design and then when you flip over the sequins, you get a solid color (that you choose from the listing). On the back side of the pillow is a velvet like material that closely matches the sequin color. The pillow measures 16"x16".
