Formulated with Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter, it establishes and maintains nitrification in new or established systems. Use as an aquarium starter bacteria for new aquariums and as ongoing support after water changes, filter cleanings, medication, or adding new livestock. Safe, biodegradable, and reef-safe, it works with most aquarium water treatments and is suitable for community, planted, and reef setups. Directions: shake well; dose at setup, then daily until ammonia and nitrite read 0 ppm; add weekly or whenever bioload increases to maintain stability.
