These versatile shorts take inspiration from runners, with lightweight construction, and an inseam that's shorter than traditional MTB shorts, but don't shy on tech, with a tough polyester construction that holds up to hours on the trail, and a supportive chamois to cushion your sit bones.

The Journey shorts lock into place on your waist thanks to a stretchy elastic waist band, with a snap-closure internal adjuster to secure the fit in place. On the back of the waistband, you'll also find a pocket for stashing your ID and cards, keeping you ready for any adventure to follow, be it beach-side brewery or driving down the coast to the next town.

For support in the saddle, the Journey comes equipped with a detachable liner with Pearl Izumi's legendary Select Escape 1:1 chamois. This chamois uses a smooth and soft polyester that offers just enough stretch, and is embedded with carbon particles that claim to improve evaporation, fight odor, and disperse moisture. The Select Escape chamois is pre-shaped with multi-density foam, and cutouts in target areas that reduce pressure for better circulation, and more comfort on the bike.
