Vintage Hopi Sterling Silver Earrings Floyd J. Lomakuyvaya - Clip On
Beautiful pair of vintage Hopi overlay sterling silver clip-on earrings by Floyd J. Lomakuyvaya, a respected Hopi silversmith and member of the Hopi Silvercraft Guild. Each earring features a traditional geometric migration/water symbol, hand-cut and soldered in the classic Hopi overlay technique.
The reverse side bears the Hopi Silvercraft Guild sun hallmark along with Floyd Lomakuyvaya’s “FJ” maker’s mark, confirming authenticity.
1960s–1980s
Condition: Excellent vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age. Clips are secure and function properly. No dents or deep scratches.
This is a wonderful example of Hopi artistry and a collectible piece of Native American jewelry history.
