Beautiful piece of jewelry. The coin is the actual silver that was recoverd from the atocha and comes with a certificate stating that. This is not an original, but made from the bars of silver found on the galleon. We use moulds from the original to get the print. The frame is solid sterling silver with a 14kt gold plating and engraved "atocha 1622" and accented with 4 genuine aquamarine gemstones that sparkle like diamonds. Beautiful piece of history. I also sign my name on the back so you know you are getting a JackSpirit original design.
