Bra ties to your adjustment in the front and has adjustable shoulder straps. Where I have it tied in pictures is about 16” across, pit to pit, but you can re-tie to fit you.
The bottoms are also adjustable by tying at each side of waist. About 13” across in pictures (where I have them tied but again, you can re-tie to your liking).
I think this is most likely an XS/Small (0-2-4) fit.
Lightly lined, not bra padding
