My research shows the following
information in regards to the
Ball Perfect Mason ribbed jars:
Ribbed canning jars were
made by Ball from 1933-1963.
Colors were clear, ball blue,
aqua blue and later amber.
1933-1941 the jars were
round shaped.
1937 the ball blue color
was discontinued.
1942-1955 the jars were square
shaped with rounded corners.
1955-1963 the measurements
were embossed on the right
side of the jar and amber jars
were added to the ribbed design.
