In good used condition for their age. I would say 70s-80s based on the style. I can’t tell if it’s men’s or women’s either because they had similar styles in short shorts back then. The shorts are lined, size small I believe. The shirt might be more like a medium. Minor damages like some of the decals beginning to want to disappear and also a couple of small holes in the shirt
