This French Bouillotte lamp showcases a classic olive green finish on metal that is accented with black detailing on the shade, base, and center column. The lamp features a central metal shaft and an adjustable shade, which can be raised or lowered using a brass arrowhead-shaped handle to control the light level. A brass finial tops the lamp for an elegant touch.
The best color representation of the lamp are images with the light off. There is a small crack on the round base of the second candle, but it does not detract from the overall beauty of the lamp.
I tested it and it is working, however due to the age the wiring may need/should be replaced/checked by an electrician prior to use . Some of the wiring inside has been taped.
Candelabra bulbs are not included. Inside the base, a handwritten "Made in Italy" mark adds a unique, artisanal detail.
