VGUC girl’s vintage handmade party or pageant dress. Royal blue with white floral lace on bodice and skirt. Three tiers of ruffles on skirt, unlined. Button back closure with large sash bow tie. Slight V neckline and short, puffed sleeves with elastic at cuffs. Some light snagging on bodice front a tiny spot on lace ruffle tier, and some light damage to lace edges on ruffle tier, see photos.
Shown on a 5 year old who is approximately 46” tall, 47 pounds, and wears a size 5. Model has extra room in bodice. Woven fabric, no stretch. Possibly size 5/6, somewhere in there.
