Frame measures 43 inches wide by 31 inches high. Gold wood frame. Painting (I believe to be oil, but might be acrylic). Artist name signed left bottom Latham. Painting measures approximately 35 inches wide by 24 inches high. This painting can be taken out of the frame. Painting itself has no issues that I can see. The frame could use some paint and cleaning. I would say painting very good, the frame fair.
