I have a set of hands-free elvie breast pumps for sale that come with 21 mm, 25 mm, and 28 mm flange sizes! This pump connects to an app on your phone and tracks pumping sessions and milk output. Very quiet and hands-free. Bought lightly-loved and only used a couple of times. Does not come with a charging cable, but they are standard micro-USB chargers. They usually loose their charge unused in about a week, so they will probably need to be charged. Pump parts have been cleaned and sanitized, but I would recommend cleaning and sanitizing them again on arrival for your piece of mind. One of the pictured bottle tops that holds the duckbill valves is not included due to it being scratched to the point of not really being usable.
