I believe this is from the 2000s as there is no tag with the year on it. It has real front and back pockets that button. My hand shows how deep they go in photos. There is nothing wrong with it, except there is a tad bit of dirt stain at the top, but you cannot tell wearing it, as shown in photos as the last 2 photos. It is Corduroy so it is warm. It is 100% cotton. Made in Hong Kong. Right around 12 inches long from top of the skirt to the bottom (see photos). Around 16 1/2 inches wide in the hip (see photos) with a little bit of stretch.
