This low hour unit was brought in for service due to having milky oil on the gear side oil reservoir. didnt made it to its first 100 hour maintenance. The side Opposite of the shaft had the issue.
MFR didn't want to deal with it so they warranty replaced it. And it has been sitting the last few months. Getting scraped up from being moved around the shop
I believe one of these 2 things happened.
Moisture buildup in the lobes pushed past the seals upon startup and into the oil.
Or
The guy washed off his unit with a pressure washer and sprayed water into the air breather.
I am unable to recreate the issue. It feels perfect, I drained and pulled off the sides to inspect it, and pictures were shown. No visible issues. My suggestion is RESEAL and refill with oil and run it. Or overhaul it and put new seals. But it seems fine. Save a ton of money if you blew yours up considering new ones are over 4k.
