This beautiful Rodolite Garnet is eye clean (VVS), and measures 8.4 x 6.0 x 3.1 mm. It is an oval cut with excellent luster and was mined in Sri Lanka. It is unheated, untreated, and unenhanced in any way.
I own many varieties and color variations of Garnet, because I've always loved January's birthstone. Garnet is also the traditional gemstone gift for 2nd anniversaries! Rhodolite and Spessartite are the most valuable of the red family of Garnets, prized for their color and clarity.
