Vintage dress by Ms. Sugar with a white and black striped top attached to a black skirt, and a removable black button-up vest. IT has a round mock collar with a tie, long sleeves with a single button cuff, ruching at the waistline, and a zipper closure with hook and string loops in the back.
It is pre-owned with pilling. The white top has yellowing, most prominently around the neckline, on the sleeves and cuffs, and on the back. The hook/string loop closures are loose. No tears, seam pulls, or holes.
