This Gemeinhardt is in good shape cosmetically. It has one circular blemish on the hard case (see photos) The pads are good, except for 1 (thumb key would benefit from replacement.) This flute plays the middle octave and high octave ok. The low notes below A are harder to play, you have to press the thumb key unnaturally hard which is not good news for a student/ beginner. (A seasoned flautist can make the notes comes out, but it’s certainly not ideal.) The thumb key pad leaks and therefore I recommend replacement. All the other pads are good, not sticky, not leaking. In my opinion, this flute needs 1 pad replaced to be considered in great playable shape. #B40306 M2 Feel free to message me with questions, thanks!
