An RCA VHS Camcorder Model CRM-300 (TESTED AND PARTIALLY WORKING)
Listing comes with carrying handle, strap, charging adaptor, viewfinder, and carrying case. Items are in moderate to good condition with two exceptions (listed below)
ISSUES: Plastic gear within the tape loader mechanism became brittle with age and crumbled years ago. As a result, the tape loading mechanism doesnt work (eject button does nothing) and tapes cannot be loaded into the camcorder. Requires repair and/or unable to record directly onto tapes.
The mechanism holding the battery in place is also broken and will fall out unless held manually.
Despite these issues, the camcorder powers on and will work fully as expected when connected to a power source. Recording videos is possible with this camcorder however only when hooked up to a VCR or otherwise used (digitally) as an input source.
