Vintage Sterling Silver Dimensional Goat Ram's Head Ring - Astrological Aries Sign - Size 5.5
In excellent condition, this ring is a stunning and very detailed rendition of a ram or goat's head, also the symbol for the Astrological Sign of Aries. It is unisex, and impressive.
The ram measures 3/4 inch (19mm) tall and 13/16 inch (20mm) wide and 3/8 inch (10mm) tall.
The ridged band graduates from 1/2 inch (12.5mm) at the top down to 3/16 inch (5mm) wide at the bottom.
Marked Sterling, it was carefully tested. There is a small round stamp for the maker but it is not legible.
It is substantial at 9.4 grams approximate total weight.
This ring has been hand polished to preserve some of the patina which enhances all the details. Further polishing can be done.
If sized up, additional silver might be needed which will likely be a smooth area on the back of the shank.
