Very sparkly vintage mesh netting 'lace' with ornate design consisting of ruched ribbons in a floral pattern embellished with metallic foil fringe and gold sequins. Wide fabric is a border print that is heavier on the bottom than the top - like fancy curtains. Scalloped on both top and bottom.
About 51 inches wide by 2+ yards long with an uneven cut - but there is at least 2 full yards.
