To commemorate this, the Japan Shogi Federation and Hanshin Koshien Stadium have collaborated for the first time, and as part of their joint 100th anniversary project, a commemorative match between Sota Fujii, Ryuo and Meijin, and Yoshiharu Habu, 9-dan, will be held at Hanshin Koshien Stadium on December 8, 2024.
